Cooking Tips: Prior to cooking, wash the rice at normal temperature and soak the washed rice in water for 120 minutes minimum.
Cooking Method 1: Add 1 cup of the soaked rice to 6 cups of boiling water in a cooking pot by keeping open without lid. Reduce flame to give moderate boiling for 13 minutes. Drain the water and allow the pot on a mid flame for one minute. The rice is ready to serve.
Cooking Method 2: Add 1 cup of the soaked rice to 2 cups of boiling water, keeping the cover of the cooking pot closed with a lid, heat moderate for about 12 minutes till the water is completely absorbed by the rice. The rice is ready to serve.
