Rice papers are dry transparent leaves.
You need to put them in water before cooking or frying them.
They are used to making spring rolls as they are very thin.
- Put the leaves in cold water for 5 mins. Then drain from the excess water
- Center the filling crosswise the last third of the paper.
- Lift the end of the paper and fold it towards the center to cover the filling
- Then folds the ends towards the center
- Dip the rolls into your favourite sauce and enjoy!
