Any order that has been submitted on Zumra website can be canceled before it is delivered by calling one of the following phone numbers: 01033323292 // 01033323293 In the event that the order has already arrived at the customer’s address, the customer may refuse to receive the order and return it with no fees .
Any products with the exception of frozen foods purchased on Zumra website may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, provided they are still sealed in their original packaging and all tags and labels are intact. (In that Case Shipping fees will be deducted from the Refund Amount which will be 25 EGP)
Frozen products purchased on Zumra website are Non-Returnable
Non-perishable items such as tools, equipment & tableware may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in case they are defective or did not meet the required specifications.
In the event that an order has been delivered to a customer and there were items found to be missing or incorrect, customers may contact our call center on 01033323292 // 01033323293 and any issues with the order will be resolved within 24 hours.
Discount and Clearance products Only products with regular prices can be returned. Unfortunately, the products sold cannot be returned in discounts or Clearance
How do I return an item?
When you purchase Zumra products, you can return products during delivery if there
is a damaged or invalid product .
You can return any item according to the above return policy by calling our
Customer Care on : 01033323292 // 01033323293 , then he will submit the return
request and within 48 working hours the item will be collected from the delivered
address .
Items returned to Zumra will undergo a quality control check to make sure that the items are indeed in their original condition. This quality control check will be conducted within 48 Working hours from the return date. In the event that the item has been found defective, the quality control department will determine whether this defect is from the manufacturer or due to misuse of the item.
Refund
Zumra offers you the following refund methods as shown below :
1. If you pay in Cash then Refund Methods will be as below:
1 – Refund voucher: Will be sent on your Email within 24 hours
2 – Bank Transfer: Will be issued within 6 Working Days (Documents
need: The account number + account holder)
3 – Postal Transfer: Will be issued within 6 Working Days ( Documents
need : A Photocopy of the National ID to be sent on [email protected]
2. If you use a Refund Voucher so the refund method will be a refund voucher and will be sent on your Email within 24 Hours.
3. If you pay by a Credit Card then the Refund Methods will be as below :
1 – Refund voucher: Will be sent on your Email within 24 hours.
